💳 HRCPE Refund Policy

📌 Refund Policy for Live Webinars / On‑Demand / Pre‑Recorded

HRCPE will issue a 100% refund of the order amount if a webinar is cancelled under the following circumstances:

  • Cancelled by HRCPE due to unforeseen circumstances, acts of God, or technical issues

  • Cancelled by a customer at least five (5) days before the scheduled webinar date

Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:

  • If a customer/attendee leaves the webinar midway after logging in

  • If technical problems occur at the customer/attendee’s end

 

📀 Refund Policy for DVD / Transcript / Digital Downloads

  • A 100% refund will be issued if a DVD/CD or transcript order is cancelled before the webinar occurrence date

  • If you receive a damaged or non‑functional DVD/CD, it must be returned within 20 days of delivery for a full refund

  • No refunds are possible for transcripts or other digital downloads once delivered

 

🎁 Refund Policy for Combo Offers

This policy applies when customers purchase a combination of Live Webinar, On‑Demand, DVD, Transcript, or digital downloads.

  • For partial cancellations made at least five (5) days before the webinar date, charges will be applied based on the original price of the product(s) retained, and the remaining amount will be refunded

  • The refund policies for Live/On‑Demand/Pre‑Recorded Webinars and DVD/Transcript/Digital Downloads also apply to combo offers
