HRCPE owns and operates the website hrcpe.com and retains ownership of all copyright and intellectual property rights in HRCPE Materials/Products, including documentation, data, technical information, and know‑how provided to customers.
Customers agree that prior written consent from HRCPE is required before they may:

- Use any recording equipment (including audio recorders, video recorders, or cameras) during webinars or training sessions
- Use HRCPE trademarks, trade names, or other designations in any promotion or publication
📌 Definition of HRCPE Materials/Products
The term HRCPE Materials/Products includes all products, services, and resources purchased from HRCPE’s website, as well as all information accessed upon purchase of those products/services.
🔐 License Grant
Subject to payment of the applicable HRCPE Materials/Products fee, HRCPE grants each customer:
- A non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to access the purchased product in an uninterrupted manner
- A non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use a single copy of all HRCPE Materials/Products
🚫 Restrictions
HRCPE Materials/Products may not be used for commercial purposes, nor exploited to create derivative works. Any unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
